RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with tags intact for a refund. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase with a purchase receipt or gift receipt, and/or valid order number account history. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid or a merchandise exchange can be made. A check will be issued and mailed when the original form of payment is not available for credit.
We will refund your mailing charges if we sent the wrong item or if an item is defective.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
To return a Baby Oopz purchase:
Detach the bottom portion of the purchase receipt (return form), circle the items that you are returning or exchanging and note the reason why on the return form.
On the back of the form let us know if you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange, let us know what you want by noting your request on the back of the form. We will pay the cost for shipping the exchange.
Please provide us the name and address where we should send an exchange if it is different from the original shipping address.
Pack and seal your return securely in the original packing if possible and include the return form. Packages must be sent prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.
